The Tii Technologies RM2U4B is a 2 RU rackmount fiber distribution panel designed to support both patching and splicing in one unit. It accepts up to 4 LGX-compatible adapter plates or MTP modules for a maximum of 48 fiber ports, and has capacity for 2 splice trays. A slide-out master tray is removable from either the front or the rear, allowing easy access to terminations, fiber management and splicing.
The chassis is built from 0.06" aluminum with a black powder-coat finish and measures 3.4" H x 17.0" W x 14.1" D with a 4.25" protrusion, weighing 8 lbs empty. The panel is supplied empty or factory loaded with adapter plates, splice trays and pigtails, and is applied in CPE/premise wiring, data center, DOT, FTTP, MDU, PON, utility/municipality and wireless networks.
