The Sangoma (Digium) Switchvox E510 is a compact on-premises IP PBX appliance for small businesses. Part number 1ASE510000LF ships as the E510 appliance with an NA/International power adapter and an NA-only power cord.
Per the Sangoma Switchvox datasheet, the E510 supports up to 150 phones and 50 concurrent calls and uses SSD storage. Distributor documentation adds that the unit is built around a quad-core processor and requires Switchvox 6.5 or higher. It is powered by an external 65 W wall adapter and measures 5 x 5 x 2.0 in (127 x 127 x 50 mm).
The appliance runs the Switchvox unified communications feature set, including unlimited auto-attendant/IVR, calling queues (ACD), conference bridge, call recording and reporting, find-me/follow-me, voicemail-to-email, fax and CRM integration, plus desktop and mobile softphone clients. VoIP signalling uses SIP/IAX with software codec support for ulaw, alaw, gsm, g.722, g.726, slin, ilbc, g.729 and opus. Switchvox requires a user license for each connected VoIP phone, virtual extension, ATA or analog phone.
