Products may include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and does not cover misuse, abuse, faulty installation, or normal wear.
Returns must be approved by seller before any item is sent back. An RMA is required for all returns. Non-defective items may be returned only within 10 business days of the invoice date, if approved, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be complete, in the original manufacturer packaging, and include all accessories.
