The Cortelco 250000-VBA-20M is a black, single-line analog corded desk telephone from the Cortelco 2500 Series, the classic 2500-type set used in offices, lobbies, dormitories, hallways and other basic voice applications. Cortelco lists this model as 2500**VBA20M, where the two-digit color code 00 designates Black, and the 2500 Basic configuration is assembled in the USA.
The set is supplied in the desk configuration with cords. The same 2500**VBA20M model designation covers additional Cortelco color codes including Ivory, Blue, Beige, White, Ash, Brown, Red and Slate. Cortelco publishes a combined 2500/2554 user manual and a 2500/2554 product brochure that cover this model.
