The CommScope BD35M4EK3H02FSAS is a Ch3 Double Density Mux Backplate designed to multiplex the output of four Extmod transmitters, specifically the HT3562H model, into a single output. 

This backplate is capable of combining the output of ITU channels 22, 24, 26, and 36. It also includes a cascade port for additional connectivity options. The backplate is two slots wide and features SC/APC connectors for secure and reliable connections.
