The Arris BD35M4EK1H02FSAS is a Ch3 Double Density Mux Backplate designed to multiplex the output of a set of 4 Extmod transmitters, specifically the Model Ht3562h, of ITU channels 21, 28, 33, and 39. This backplate combines the individual outputs of these transmitters into a single output, making it easier to manage and distribute the signals. 

It also includes a cascade port for additional connectivity options. The backplate is 2 slots wide and features SC/APC connectors for secure and reliable connections.
