The Corning Gilbert GRS860CHQRPT (ordering code GRS-860-CH-QRP-T) is a three-piece trunk and distribution pin connector for .860 CommScope QR hardline coaxial cable. It independently seizes the cable's center and outer conductors during installation to assure proper cable retention, and the pin extends through the connector body to be retained within the equipment port.
The QR+ version of the GRS series incorporates a non-metallic support sleeve that reduces craft sensitivity at the connector-to-cable interface and compensates for variability in the cable coring process, preserving shielding integrity across the band. Cable retention exceeds cable manufacturers' maximum pulling tension specifications, and CH-type pin connectors use 2.31 in pins.
