The Slingco SWI4281 is a Figure of 8 "Swing Link" Connector used to join together two cable grips during cable and conductor installation and pulling work. The figure-of-eight link provides a quick, high-strength connection between grips, so crews can couple a pulling grip to a second grip without additional hardware.
SWI4281 is the smaller of the two sizes in the Slingco swing link range; the companion SWI4282 is rated at an approximate break load of 18,000 lb. Slingco publishes a California Proposition 65 cancer and reproductive harm warning for this product. Break load figures are approximate ultimate values published by the manufacturer and are not working load limits.
