The Times Fiber Communications LPF-1002-70 is a high-quality filter designed for extreme MoCA (Multimedia over Coax Alliance) applications. The LPF-1002-70 filter is specifically designed to eliminate interference and ensure optimal performance in MoCA networks. 

This filter has a compact and durable design, making it easy to install and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It has a frequency range of 5-1675 MHz, providing excellent signal attenuation and ensuring that only MoCA signals pass through.

A MoCA Multimedia Network is a local area network characterized by wide bandwidth RF signal streams operating at high signal levels above the 1GHz CATV band at 1125 to 1675 MHz. These networks must be isolated from each other to prevent interference and failure. 

Due to the common, party-line nature of the CATV plant, a low-pass filter can be used effectively to stop the MoCA signal traffic from leaking across the network boundaries. This is known as a Point Of Entry filter. The LPF-1002-70 offers up to -70 dB rejection at these frequencies.
