The drop wire clamp attaches flat fiber type communications cable to hooks or span clamps installed on buildings, poles or at mid-span. The body and serrated shim are 304 stainless steel, and the wire bail is 430 stainless. It is designed to fit various brands of flat fiber cable. Components are factory assembled. The clamp exceeds the rated strength of applicable cables and is approved for use on Corning SST-Drop™ and ROC™ Drop, Superior Essex Universal Drop FTTP and FTTP Tight Buffered Drop, Prysmian ResiLink™ ADF Flat Drop, Commscope O-DF Drop, and OFS Mini LT Flat Drop. The Hubbell-Chance brand of communications hardware includes suspension clamps, lashing straps and clamps, spacers, reinforcing straps and extension brackets for messenger supported systems. For overhead service drops, products include span clamps, house hooks, drive rings and deadend drop clamps. All products are manufactured in accordance with applicable communications industry specifications.
